DMWC Russian Coffee Morning
” Dobredojde” Macedonia Welcome Centre and the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of North Macedonia organized Russian Coffee Morning on April 25th , 2019.
In anticipation of the Orthodox Easter the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to North Macedonia H.E. Mr. Sergey Bazdnikin made a short introductory speech on the subject ”Traditions of celebrating Easter in Russia“. Exhibition of Russian Crafts, to help you better understand the Russian culture and people, will be displayed.
Guest were invited to watch a short film about Orthodox Easter and traditional Easter food and then had a moment of quality time with friends over a cup of tea/coffee and some snakes.
Samples of traditional Russian Easter food – Kulitch( Easter cake) and ans hand-painted eggs prepared by the Chef of the Russian Ambassador were presented to guest as they leave.
