Dijana Tomik Radevska

Born in 1961 in Skopje, Dijana Tomik Radevska graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphics and Graphic Design, Skopje, in 1984. She has had more than 30 solo exhibitions in Macedonia and abroad, and took part in many group exhibitions. She is a member of the Union of Macedonian Artists (DLUM) since 1985 and the winner of numerous awards including Diploma and Gold Medal from Modigliani Gallery in Milan in 1996. She is also an Official Knight of the Departement of Art of the Accademia di Greci Marino, Italy. She took part on open printmaking workshops in Dresden, Germany, Busteni, Romania and several art colonies. Since 2007 she has been teaching Art at the International High School. She works as an independent artist and designs unique hand-made rugs and kilims often drawing on her knowledge of the Macedonian tradition and the history of art. Read more …
